Terms & conditions

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of a sale — a sale is governed by the signed contract and the installation and warranty document issued with the equipment.

01Prices and availability

Prices shown on this site are indicative and are quoted in Syrian pounds. They are not a binding offer.

Equipment prices move with supply and exchange rates. A price becomes firm only when we confirm it to you directly, in writing or on WhatsApp.

Stock shown as available may be committed to another customer before your order is confirmed.

02Product information and images

Photographs are illustrative. Manufacturers change finishes, fittings and accessories without notice, and a photograph may show a different configuration or an accessory that is not included.

Specifications are taken from the manufacturer. Where they conflict with the manufacturer's own documentation, the manufacturer's documentation is correct.

If an item's appearance or specification matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it before ordering.

03Orders

Nothing on this site places an order. Every order begins as a conversation on WhatsApp or by phone and is confirmed by us.

A sale is subject to a written contract. Where these terms and that contract differ, the contract governs.

04Installation and warranty

Equipment we install is covered by the installation and warranty document issued and signed at handover. That document states what is covered, for how long, and what voids it.

This website is not a substitute for it, and nothing here extends or limits it.

05Using this site

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Koucheh, except manufacturer logos and product images, which belong to their owners.

You may not copy this site's content for commercial use without our permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or never offline.

06Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Syrian Arab Republic, and the courts of Damascus have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
